Philosophy
Therapy for the High-Achieving, Overwhelmed, and Often Burned Out: You are the cornerstone: responsible, driven, and the person everyone relies on. You've built a life that looks successful on the outside, but lately, a quiet exhaustion has settled in. It feels like you’re constantly pouring from a cup that never gets refilled, leaving you running on empty and wrestling with a persistent, nagging sense of guilt.
This is where I come in. I specialize in supporting teens and adults who navigate the complex inner world of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the deep-seated, constant feeling of not doing "enough"- even when they are giving all they have.
An Intentional Shift, Not Just Another Obligation: Many people who manage heavy loads worry that adding therapy to their schedule will just become another item to perfect on a to-do list. I assure you, this space is different. Instead of a burden, I offer a rare, intentional space specifically designed for you to reflect and begin to shift the underlying patterns that perpetuate feelings of exhaustion and dissatisfaction.
Warm, Direct, and Evidence-Based: My therapeutic work is grounded in a blend of warmth, directness, and evidence-based practice. The process is collaborative and action-oriented. Together, we'll:
uncover the hidden rules and beliefs fueling your anxiety and perfectionism
translate insight into action, and
use therapy as a lab to clarify your genuine wants, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with your authentic self.
